OUR RULES OF PLAY & TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Our soft play is strictly for age 5 and under
Our soft play can be set up outside for an outdoor event between March-September. We require the ground to be completely dry the day of and the day before in order to protect the quality of our equipment.
If the venue is unsuitable, alternative arrangements will need to be made by the hirer.
If your event is indoors, please check you have sufficient space. It is the hirers responsibility to ensure any furniture is moved out of the way and there is space for the equipment.
We will always set up our equipment in the safest area of your venue taking into account all aspects. Equipment must not be moved from the original set up location for insurance purposes. We will take photographic evidence upon set up to ensure the safety of the children.
Please keep food and drink well away from all soft play and bouncy castle equipment. If any spillage does occur (as we appreciate sometimes, it is unavoidable) the product must be cleaned and dried immediately to prevent more intense cleaning.
It is the hirers responsibility to ensure the ball pit balls are collected and put in the ball pit pool towards the end of your event. This assists the collection of the equipment to be as quick and efficient as possible. The equipment must also be clean and in its original state.
We have the right to refuse set up if we feel the area if unsafe or not suitable. The deposit may be kept in this situation.
Please ensure your venue allows our products as not everyone does. If we turn up and the venue does not allow the equipment, your deposit will not be refunded.
Please check venue access times to ensure we have ample time to set up your event on the day. Our earliest set up time is 9am and our latest collection is 8pm unless otherwise agreed.
Please do not wear shoes on the mats (children & adults) and do not place table or chair legs on the mats as all of these items may puncture our play mats.
We will not set up our equipment close to an area where food is being cooked, especially near a barbeque.
Do not use sharp objects around our equipment. If the equipment requires repair, you will be charged an extra fee.

OUR RULES OF PLAY & TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Once you have requested our services, we will send you a link to our booking form (there is a lot of information to input however, all information is detrimental to a successful event and saves time on back and forth messages).
Upon receiving your booking form, we will then send you a Monzo payment link to transfer the £50 deposit.
At this point of booking, your date and the package you require is secured and the deposit will be refundable providing the equipment is returned in the same state as set up. Please note this can be up to 7 days after your collection date however, we will try to process this as soon as we can.
FULL payment is then due no later than 1 week before your event (we will send a reminder for this closer to your event date).
Please note that if you book the equipment for outdoor use on a day that is raining or unsuitable then the deposit is non refundable.
We are happy to transfer your deposit to an alternative date if needed but if the second booking is then cancelled, the deposit will be non-refundable.
You can cancel your booking and receive a refund 7 days before your event. After this time, the deposit is non-refundable.
It is the hirers responsibility to ensure the equipment can fit in the space required and is in a suitable location. We have full insurance cover up to 1 million pounds. A copy of our insurance certificate can be sent to the venue upon request.
All our equipment must be used under adult supervision at ALL TIMES. We do not accept responsibility for the supervision of children as we do not stay for the event. Our insurance covers for this.
Our soft play and bouncy castle must be a safe distance away from anything that will cause damage. This includes but is not limited to, things like: face paint, glitter, paints, pens, slime, and silly string. Some of these items can be extremely hard to clean and sometimes cause permanent damage and will be reflected in your deposit not being refunded.
Keep food and drinks away from the soft play area. If any food is left on the castle you will lose your damage deposit.
Please leave the bouncy castle fully inflated for us to collect. It may seem helpful to deflate it for us however, we need to ensure there has been no damage. If the bouncy castle has been deflated, we will reinflate it before taking the equipment away.
Any failure to comply with our terms and conditions will result in additional cleaning and damage fees.
We do not wish to have to do this so please ensure the rules are followed and adhered to by your guests.
